Your company’s records live in a database of their own, every change carries who made it and when, and the whole lot exports in one file whenever you ask. What we do, said plainly, without a badge we have not earned.

How it is built.
The system runs on Cloudflare’s network, which serves it close to you and keeps it up when a machine fails.
- Apart
A store of its own per company
Each company’s records are kept in their own database, opened only for that company. The sample company is another one again, so nothing of it is ever put in yours.
- Who
Who may do what
Owner, sales, warehouse and accounts each see and do what their role needs. The server checks every call; the screen never decides on its own.
- Sign-in
Sign-in through a login platform
Email codes and passwords are handled by a platform built for that alone. The system never sees your password, and a session can be ended from your account.
- Keys
API keys that do only what they are given
A key for a program carries just the capabilities you give it and works until the day it ends or you revoke it. Its secret is shown once and never again.
- Webhooks
Webhooks, signed
What the system tells your other systems is signed with a secret of its own, so they know it came from you and was not changed on the way.
- Record
Nothing deleted, everything dated
Every document and every change carries who and when. A wrong payment is reversed by its pair, and the reversal is recorded too.
- Backups
Your own copies
Export everything in one file as often as you like and keep it where you like. A full export restores a whole company.
- Errors
Errors watched, data not
When something goes wrong the error is reported to us without the contents of what you were doing, so it can be fixed without your records leaving the system.
- Email
Documents emailed from a named address
Quotes, invoices and statements go out from the system with their PDF, and the sending is recorded on the document.

What we do not claim.
We hold no certification yet, and we will not print a badge until we do. The books post by rules no accountant has reviewed yet, and the books say so on their own pages. Your accountant works from the statements they download.
Payments for the plan are taken by a payment provider; the system never holds a card number. Card payments from your customers are not taken inside the system.
