From the quote to the money, one thread.
A quote becomes the order, the order ships in part, the delivery makes the invoice due, and the payment clears it. Each step is made from the one before, so nothing is typed twice and every order shows how far it has got.

One sale
Each document is made from the one before.
Open any of them and the thread shows: the order it came from, what has shipped, what is owed and the entry it posted in the books.
- QUO-000003
Quote
Priced from the price list or by hand, sent by email with its PDF, valid until a day you set. Revise it, or make the order the moment it is accepted.
Posts nothing yet
- SO-000011
Sales order
Confirmed, its stock is held for it. Deliver to another address, ship it in part, and see what is still outstanding on every line.
Holds the stock
- SHIP-000003
Shipment
A delivery note for what went out. The stock leaves at what it cost, and the margin on the order is known.
Posts cost of goods
- INV-000003
Customer invoice
Made from the shipment with VAT at the item’s rate, printed or emailed, due on the customer’s terms. Credit part of it if goods come back.
Posts sales and VAT
- PAY-000007
Payment
Recorded in full or in part against one invoice or several. What the customer owes, and how late, is always on their page.
Posts to the bank
Everything a sales desk does in a day.
From the first price to the last pound, with the awkward cases built in: part deliveries, returns, credits, refunds and work done by the hour.
- Quotes
Quotes that become orders
Priced, sent with a PDF, valid until a day, revised when needed. An accepted quote makes its order with one press.
- Orders
Orders shipped in part
Confirm an order and its stock is held. Ship what is ready, keep the rest outstanding, and deliver to a site address rather than the office.
- Invoices
Invoices from deliveries
The invoice is made from what shipped, at the right VAT, due on the customer’s payment terms. Print it, or email it with the PDF attached.
- Payments
Payments in full or in part
Record a payment against one invoice or spread it over several. A wrong one is reversed, never deleted, so the books stay true.
- Returns
Returns, credits and refunds
Goods come back onto the shelf, the invoice is credited for them, and what the credit owes the customer is refunded, each on its own numbered document.
- Price lists
Price lists and discounts
Trade prices by customer group, a discount on any line, and the item’s own price where no list applies.
- Terms
Payment terms by customer
Thirty days, fourteen days or on receipt, set per customer, so every invoice is due on the right day and overdue ones are known.
- Jobs
Service jobs by the hour
For firms that do work rather than ship it: a job with its time and materials, a job sheet to sign, invoiced when done.
- Statements
Statements and ageing
What each customer owes by age, and a statement to send them. The same numbers the books show, because they are the books.
The whole thread
An invoice that knows where it came from.
The order, the shipment, the journal entry and the customer’s open deal are all on the invoice’s page. Overdue is said in days, not left to be worked out.

Where it leads.
A sale touches stock, the books and the customer’s record. Here they are the same system, so each follows the other without being told.
- 03 Stock
The order holds its stock
Confirming an order promises the items to it; shipping takes them off the shelf at what they cost.
- 05 Books
Every document posts itself
Shipments post cost of goods, invoices post sales and VAT, payments post to the bank. No month-end re-keying.
- 04 CRM
The deal becomes the quote
A quote made from a deal wins the deal when it is accepted, and the order follows on the same customer.
Not built yet
- A card payment taken on the invoice itself
- Recurring invoices
- More than one currency on a sale
Payments are recorded as they arrive at the bank. Sales are in the company’s one currency.
