Is it really one price for the company?
Yes. A plan is one price for the company, whoever in it uses the system and however many of them there are.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan, monthly or yearly, and give a card. Cancel before day 30 and nothing is charged; you can export everything first.
Can we move between plans?
Yes, at any time. Moving up starts now, and the difference for what is left of the period is charged; moving down takes effect at the end of the period. Paid yearly, it stays yearly.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate for UK companies.
What does yearly save?
Two months: £999.99 against £1,199.88 for Core, £2,499.99 against £2,999.88 for Growth, £4,999.99 against £5,999.88 for Scale, which is 16%.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes, on every plan: everything exports in one file whenever you like, and the REST API reads every record.
