Your own company needs a card, and nothing is charged until day 30. We email you on days 23 and 28, and you can cancel in the app. The sample needs no card.

The Today screen in the sample company: sales this month, what is to ship, what is owed, what you owe, stock value and the bank in the books, with three items at their reorder point.

We are new, so check it for yourself.

OpsMavix ERP has no customer stories to show yet, and we will not make any up. Here is what you can check before you pay anything.

  • Open the sample company

It is eight weeks of a fasteners wholesaler’s trading and needs no card. Ship an order and watch the stock and the books move.

  • Read what it cannot do

Bank feeds, VAT returns to HMRC and a second stock location are not built yet, and each area’s page lists more.

  • Take your records out

They export to one file whenever you like, and you can still export after a trial ends.

  • See who is behind it

OPSMAVIX LTD, company number 17297500, run by Martin Gjini and Jorgo Bardho in London. Ring or WhatsApp us before you start.

Made for

  • Wholesalers
  • Online sellers with stock

Any UK firm that has outgrown the spreadsheet and is not ready for a big ERP.

Not for you yet if you need

  • Bank feeds or reconciliation against the bank’s statement
  • VAT returns filed to HMRC
  • More than one stock location
  • Production planning by capacity
  • Payroll or HR
  • A shop till at the counter, or a ready-made shop connection

Need it built around how you work? OpsMavix builds custom systems.

Where a spreadsheet starts costing you money.

When stock sits in a sheet, orders in an inbox and the accounts somewhere else, everything gets typed twice. That is where the time and money go, and it is no sign of a badly run firm.

  • Stock nobody trusts

The sheet says one number, the shelf another, and every count turns into a debate.

  • Orders chased by hand

Where an order has got to is in someone’s inbox, and nobody else can see it.

  • Invoices that lag the van

The goods go out today. The invoice follows days later, if someone remembers.

  • Books done at month-end

A month of sales and bills re-keyed into the accounts, and the numbers never quite agree.

  • Buying by gut

You find out you need to reorder when a customer asks for something you have run out of.

  • Leads in a notebook

Who to call back, and when, is in one person’s head until they are off.

Follow one order through the whole system.

An order takes its stock, a delivery makes its invoice due, and the payment clears it. The books post as each one happens.

See every order from quote to payment on one page. Quotes, deliveries in part, invoices, credit notes and refunds sit on the same thread. Replaces the order book and the emails chasing it. More on sales

A sales order in the sample company: where it has got to, its value, margin and lines, and what the customer owes.

Stock you can trust. What is on hand, promised to orders, free and on its way, item by item, valued at what it cost. Reorder points say what to buy before you run out, and on Growth the reorder screen drafts the purchase order. More on stock

The items list in the sample company: stock value, items below their reorder point, and what is on hand and free.

Books that update with every sale and bill. Every sale, receipt and payment posts its double entry as it happens. Profit and loss, the balance sheet, ageing, budgets and a cash forecast eight weeks ahead. More on the books

The journal in the sample company: every entry in order, each with its number and the day it posted.

Win a deal and the order follows. Leads and deals through a pipeline weighted by each stage, calls and tasks on every customer, and a quote made from the deal. Growth More on CRM

The pipeline in the sample company: open deals at each stage, with their value and what they are worth by each stage’s likelihood.

What needs doing, and what the numbers say. Today puts what is waiting first, and every report reads from the documents that made it, downloaded as a file when you want one. More on reports

Too big for a spreadsheet and too small for a big ERP?

A spreadsheet stops coping as you grow, and a big ERP means a project and a partner to run it. OpsMavix ERP sits between the two, and you can set it up yourself the day you sign up.

What is the catch with the card?

Your own company needs a card at the start. Nothing is charged until day 30, we email you on days 23 and 28, and if you cancel in the app before then you pay nothing. If you only want to look around, the sample company needs no card.

What does it cost?

Core is £99.99 a month, Growth £249.99 and Scale £499.99, or £999.99, £2,499.99 and £4,999.99 a year, which saves just under two months. No VAT is added. Each is one price for the company.

Do you charge per user?

No. A plan is one price for the company, whoever in it uses the system.

Who else is using it?

OpsMavix ERP is new and we have no customer stories to show you yet. That is why the sample company is open with no card, so you can judge the system by using it.

Will it work for my kind of firm?

Setup starts with your kind of business and sets the menu and the words to suit, whether you wholesale, sell online, make things or do service work. If you need bank feeds, VAT returns filed to HMRC, a second stock location or payroll, it is not ready for you yet.

What happens when the trial ends?

The card you gave is charged for the plan you chose, monthly or yearly. We email the owner on days 23 and 28 first. Cancel before day 30 and nothing is charged, and you can export your records first.

We manage fine with spreadsheets. Why change?

A spreadsheet does not know that an order took stock, that a delivery means an invoice is due, or that the payment cleared it. Here each step leads to the next, and the stock, the books and what customers owe follow without being typed twice.

Isn’t an ERP a year-long project?

No. Setting up is five steps: your kind of business, your tools and words, your company, your people and your spreadsheets. The sample company is there to learn on before you start your own.

Can we take our data with us?

Yes, on every plan. Your records export to one file whenever you like, and you can still export after a trial ends. Files kept with records, such as signed quotes and your logo, are not in that file, so download any you want to keep.

How is our data kept?

Each company’s records are kept apart in a database of their own, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.

What if we get stuck?

Email us on any plan. Growth adds an onboarding call and one import done with you. Scale adds phone and WhatsApp support and a named person for onboarding.

We need something built around how we work.

OpsMavix also builds custom systems. See opsmavix.com, or WhatsApp us.
